New events
Women In AI Safety feat. More Light February 27 (LISA, London)
An evening of connection and insight featuring speaker Julia Bossmann about insider ways to AI governance. Julia is a co-founder of More Light - a groundbreaking initiative focused on protecting witnesses and information against bad actors in AI frontier labs.Chicago Symposium on Transformative AI March 29-30 (Chicago, USA)
Undergraduate AI safety conference at the University of Chicago. The goal is to improve epistemic models, doing careful scenario-mapping on the future of transformative AI.
New training programs
ML4Good Colombia April 11-21 (Bogotá, Colombia)
10-day in-person bootcamp focused on deep learning and upskilling in technical AI safety. Open to applicants with a high motivation to contribute to AI safety and at least a moderate amount of experience in coding.MATS: Neel Nanda's Summer 2025 Stream March 31 - May 2 (Online)
The goal of this stream of ML Alignment & Theory Scholars (MATS) is to teach participants how to do great mechanistic interpretability research. Some participants from this training will be invited to continue on to a subsequent research phase.
